APARTMENT WITH A BLUE LIBRARY

The aim of the project was to create a superior investment property for rent that impresses not only with its quality of workmanship, but also with its distinctive design. We entered the process early so that we could optimize the layout and technical solutions and thus exploit the potential of the apartment to the maximum.

The original proposal from the developer suffered from disproportionality, long corridors and lack of storage space. By precisely adjusting the partitions, we achieved a more harmonious and functional layout: the bedroom gained a generous walk-in wardrobe, the entrance hall gained practical storage solutions and we eliminated the unwanted optical length of the corridor.

When selecting materials, we emphasized craftsmanship and distinctive character. Perforated sheet metal and veneered ash plywood bring a unique texture to the interior, while custom built-in furniture combines a minimalist aesthetic with maximum functionality. The colour palette is based on bold yet thoughtfully chosen tones that bring the interior to life and give it a timeless character. When selecting the solitary furniture, we bet on iconic design pieces from renowned European brands.
