The design of the executive office spaces for a private company was initiated during the planning and construction phase of a new building. This early involvement allowed the architectural concept to shape the space before the actual fit-out began. As a result, not only the layout but also all technical installations — from lighting and HVAC systems to acoustic requirements — could be precisely tailored to the proposed solution.

The outcome is a timeless and dignified work environment with a strong emphasis on high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The interior reflects a minimalist design language, dominated by oak veneer surfaces in both light and dark tones. These contrasting finishes establish a natural spatial hierarchy and reinforce the representative character of the space.

Both work desks and meeting tables were custom-designed, featuring integrated elements made of natural leather. The overall visual impression is complemented by carefully selected furniture pieces that serve as color accents, adding vitality to an otherwise restrained material palette.

Special attention was paid to creating a sense of privacy and focus — the rooms are acoustically insulated, and the lighting was designed with careful zoning to support personal comfort throughout different times of the day.
