RENOVATION OF A 1960s APARTMENT

The client's vision was to restore the apartment to its original spirit while transforming it into a bright, cleanly designed space intended for rental. We present the renovation of a two-room apartment, in which a reimagined layout revealed the full potential of the interior. The result is a light-filled, airy space defined by elegant minimalism.

To unlock the apartment's potential and ensure maximum natural light, we proposed an efficient reconfiguration of the floor plan. Each element of the interior was designed to contribute to a cohesive whole aligned with our vision of contemporary living. The structural system of the four-storey residential building made it possible to adjust the position of partition walls, allowing for an optimal spatial layout without compromise.

The outcome is a balanced and serene apartment, where simplicity, clarity, and functionality come together to create a modern yet timeless home.
