SMALL BRIGHT APARTMENT

Architectural study of a small, bright apartment with an unconventional compact floor plan. The arched glazed façade was one of the main challenges, but also a key element that gives the apartment its distinctive character.

The idea was to create an apartment with a high level of design, designed for demanding clients who require a higher standard of accommodation. Located in the city centre, the apartment's unique floor plan is accentuated by a panoramic window that winds in an arc around the perimeter of most of the space, ensuring constant contact with the surroundings and light. This visual element also enhances the feeling of openness and airiness.

The sanitary zone of the apartment is illuminated by a vertical skylight integrated in the wooden cladding with an arched corner, which reflects the motif of the architectural style of the entire space.
